We are in the business of helping our partners grow their revenue, average spends, footfall and guest satisfaction. Our food and drink services help support our clients’ main purpose – the promotion of culture, heritage, conservation work and the communities where we operate.

We understand how conference, meeting and events are important to our venues, that’s why our own sales and marketing teams play a vital role in targeting existing and new revenue streams.

As well as dedicated on site sales and marketing specialists, we drive additional revenue into our venues through Lime Venue Portfolio, the UK’s largest collection of diverse venues, connected by great tasting food and memorable experiences. Lime Venue creates and delivers bespoke marketing strategies to drive guests for meetings, conferences, dinners, weddings and special events to our beautiful unique venues.

Our clients love the fact that we are the only caterer to operate a Michelin-starred restaurant, City Social, which we run in partnership with Jason Atherton. It fills them with great confidence that they can entrust us to deliver their in-house hospitality service, and that we have the skills and experience to provide that extra something special.

We are also very proud to work with three generations of the Roux Family – Albert, his son Michel Roux Jr. and, Michel’s daughter, Emily. Our partnership with the Roux family is deeply engrained throughout the business and includes running Roux at Parliament Square in consultation with Michel Jr. and under the leadership of MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steve Groves. The legacy of this legendary cooking family can be found in every dish they have inspired, critiqued and created for RA Group.

The latest high-profile addition to our restaurant portfolio is Bryn Williams at Somerset House. Located in the South Wing, the restaurant combines wonderful architecture with Bryn’s creative menu philosophy featuring fresh, locally-sourced produce with a strong focus on fruit and vegetables.


Rapport Guest Services provides a personal and intuitive service with a real focus on anticipating guests’ needs. Our ethos is based on creating rapport with our clients and their guests from the outset, leaving them with the perfect impression every time. Our approach has led to us becoming a market leader in our sector as well as winning numerous awards for the way we engage and develop our teams.

Rapport provides our clients with a range of fully managed front and back of house guest services, including reception, concierge and call services. We provide these services to clients in all major cities in the UK and Ireland as well as key locations across the globe.

Rapport’s clients benefit from a bespoke service, each one different, and designed to best match their individual requirements. We are small, flexible and experienced, which gives us the ability to tailor what we do to best suit our clients and embrace their culture.


Radish is our specialist events business, focusing entirely on our existing clients. Since its creation in 2013 Radish has supported a huge number of our most prestigious corporate clients, working with their in-house event teams every step of the way to ensure breath-taking results for key events.

Acting as creative consultants, we have an in-house, dedicated team of event professionals and manage all aspects of the planning and delivery of each occasion.

Through our unique method of approaching each event with the desired result in mind, our team begin by asking specific questions to understand what clients want to achieve from their event: What impact do you want to make? How do you want guests to feel? We then structure the entire event, from the food and drink to the entertainment, to make the occasion come to life and ensure that it is always a resounding success.
