Joining David on the panel is Jess Latchford from Waste Knot, Andrew Stephen from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, Joanna Dyson from Fareshare UK, Vernon Mascarenhas from Natures Choice and Dan Austin from Lake District Farmers.
